Fort McMurray Knights Rugby Weekly Girls Night

Are you looking to meet new people and get your fitness on? So are the women of Knights Rugby!
The senior womans team of the Knights Rugby Club is hosting a womans-only 6 week training program.
These outdoor sessions will be hosted (rain or shine) by our lovely trainer Lynne from RebelZen Fitness.
All fitness levels welcome; don't be shy, come say hello!
