WBSC Girls with Grit Program

Today is day 8, and volleyball!
The Wood Buffalo Sport Connection is pleased to present Girls with Grit! This multisport program for females between the ages of 8-13 years old is all about building their confidence, competence, and love for sport! Through collaboration with sport organizations around town, we have 9 sessions planned with female leaders in sport! The girls will have an opportunity to try basketball, cheerleading, CrossFit, and volleyball. The girls will also be led through a mental performance and confidence-building session with Girls Inc. All sessions will be at the Syncrude Sport and Wellness Centre. See below for the full schedule!
