Thank you to all of our sponsors, prize donors and golfers who participated in our 2022 Second Annual Golf Tournament! It wouldn't have been a success without you all!

Thanks to the funding provided by Communities Choosewell, we are once again opening our Passport to Wellness program! The program is for seniors age 55+ and offers increased  access to opportunities to participate in physical activities. Being physically active becomes increasingly important as we age, yet trying new activities can also become increasingly challenging and intimidating.  Over a 10 week period, this program will offer a variety of age appropriate activity options in partnership with local sport for seniors to be able to be active in a safe and welcoming environment - as well as experience strong community connections and have some fun!

HOW IT WORKS

From October 1 until December 17 seniors can register for any of the activities below. On December 17 at the end of the program we will gather to celebrate the successes of each participant with prizes and food!
